Indulge in a blissful journey of deep relaxation with gentle restorative yoga poses accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Let yourself be guided into a state of tranquility and inner peace as you surrender to the healing vibrations of sound and the nurturing support of restorative yoga. 1. **Supported Child's Pose (Balasana):** Begin by placing a bolster or folded blanket lengthwise on your mat. Sit back on your heels and then drape your body over the bolster, extending your arms out in front of you. Rest your forehead on the mat or a block if needed. Close your eyes and allow your body to relax completely into the support of the bolster. Let the sound of the crystal singing bowls wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. 2. **Supported Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana):** Lie back on your mat with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall open to the sides. Place a bolster or folded blankets under your spine, supporting your entire back from the lower back to the head. You can also place blocks or pillows under your knees for additional support. Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing your body to melt into the support beneath you. Let the gentle vibrations of the crystal singing bowls envelop you in a cocoon of relaxation, melting away any tension or stress. 3. **Supported Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana):** Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-distance apart. Place a bolster or a stack of blankets under your sacrum, lifting your hips slightly off the mat. Allow your arms to rest by your sides with your palms facing up. Close your eyes and sink into the support of the bolster, feeling your chest open and your breath deepen. Let the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner stillness. 4. **Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani):** Sit sideways next to a wall with your hip touching it. Lie back and swing your legs up the wall, allowing your heels to rest against the wall and your arms to rest by your sides. Close your eyes and focus on the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body. Feel the gentle vibrations of the crystal singing bowls reverberating through your entire being, inviting you to let go of any remaining tension or resistance.
