Let yourself be guided into a state of tranquility and inner peace as you surrender to the healing vibrations of sound and the nurturing support of restorative yoga. 1. **Supported Child's Pose (Balasana):** Begin by placing a bolster or folded blanket lengthwise on your mat. Sit back on your heels and then drape your body over the bolster, extending your arms out in front of you. Rest your forehead on the mat or a block if needed. Close your eyes and allow your body to relax completely into the support of the bolster. Let the sound of the crystal singing bowls wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. 2. **Supported Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana):** Lie back on your mat with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall open to the sides. Place a bolster or folded blankets under your spine, supporting your entire back from the lower back to the head. You can also place blocks or pillows under your knees for additional support. Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing your body to melt into the support beneath you.
