CAN I BRING MY BRAND TO THE FESTIVAL?

CAN I PRESENT AT THE FESTIVAL?
Thank you for expressing your interest in presenting at The Yoga Picnic 2024. Please contact us through the ‘Get involved’ section of our website to request an application form.
WHEN DOES THE SITE OPEN TO SET UP?
Gates will open to the public at 9am on July 7th 2024 and will be open until 7pm. If set up is required, please arrive on site to set up on Sunday 7th July 2024 from 7:00am-8:00am. When tearing down your stand and leaving, please note that cars are not permitted in the main festival area until 20:30.
HOW MANY STAFF CAN I BRING? WILL THEY RECEIVE A FESTIVAL PASS?

DO YOU HAVE WIFI FOR THE CARD READERS?
Wifi is not available.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GAZEBO?
Yes up to 4.5m x 4.5m for artisans. We are flexible on F&B stalls. If you would like to rent a gazebo from us, please contact us.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Yes, you will need to be fully insured to sell your products to the public. Proof of insurance and a letter of indemnity from your provider will be required prior to the event.
